Look at the most successful business in the world, and you will find they have a system that they use day in and day out to run their business. If a problem arises or things aren’t working as well as expected, they tweak the system to improve it. They don’t start from scratch. Once you have the system in place, then you can train anyone to run the system, and you can grow the business or go off and start another business. We should all learn a lesson from the fast food chains McDonalds, Burger King, KFC, Taco Bell, they are the ultimate developers of success systems. If you have money and want more of it, go buy a McDonald’s franchise, you are guaranteed success, if you follow their system. So what does this have to with running a business on the internet? Simple, if you want to succeed, you need a system. If you don’t have system YOU WILL FAIL. There a thousands of successful people using the internet to give themselves financial freedom, the difference between you and them, they have a system. Ok, so what is a system? A system details step by step on how you run your business every day. It tells you to check daily to see if anyone has signed up for your business, and then tells you what email response you should send to that individual. It tells you how to market your service on the internet. It tells you how much you should spend on advertising and what services to use. A great system has everything defined down to the smallest detail. That way you can make it work and anyone you want to bring into your business can make it work. If you need a PhD to run the system, it’s to complicated. Remember who works at McDonalds, the system has to be simple enough for anyone who is motivated to make a success of it. So then what should I do, I don’t now how to develop a system? Go track down one of those individuals who has a proven system and join their marketing or sale group, and learn from them and do what they do. Then turn around and train someone else to do it with you. Then you will succeed.
